Job Summary
2nd Shift Loader Operator at Plumstead Quarry. Responsibilities include performing all work per MSHA and H&K safety policies, daily greasing and oil checks on crushers and screens, keeping walkways clear, conducting guarding inspections and plant checks, inspecting screen media for maximum production, maintaining a clean operating booth, meeting production schedules, suggesting efficiency improvements, assisting others to resolve production problems, and completing necessary paperwork daily.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (such as the GED) from an accredited educational institution OR one month of related experience and/or training
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving
- Able and willing to work a night shift schedule
- Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)
- MSHA or other relevant safety certification (preferred)
