Job Summary
Apply paint using manual powder gun application and perform color changes on equipment. Maintain good housekeeping and organization while ensuring compliance with corporate and plant safety standards. Advance skills throughout the paint process and improve inspection quality. Work in a team to coordinate with other departments, utilizing basic computer knowledge and strong communication abilities. This skilled position requires attention to detail, self-motivation, and the willingness to learn a trade. We are willing to train a candidate seeking this type of challenge.
Required Qualifications
- Must have previous painter experience
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to efficiently work in a team and coordinate work with other departments
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- High school degree, diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from is accredited institution
- Demonstrated detail orientation
- Self-motivation skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Good housekeeping and organizational skills
