Job Summary
Sprays surfaces of machines/parts with protective or decorative finishes (urethane/polyurethane paints) using spray guns; performs paint mixing, masking, and setup of paint booths and ovens; conducts touch-ups and blending; may require basic paint equipment maintenance, hazardous waste training and disposal; able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders up to 12 feet, and work in a 2nd shift (3:00 pm–1:45 am) with possible Friday/Saturday production adjustments; location in Lincolnton, NC; HS diploma or GED and related certificate and 1–2 years painting experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- One year certificate from college or technical school
- One to two years painting experience (automotive preferred)
