Job Summary
Assemble and label boxes to be filled with products off the production line; ensure proper seals, codes, dates, and prices on product bags and cases; take defective products off the production line; clean and sanitize the work area and plant equipment; ensure manufacturing data is accurately entered and tracked in the ERP system, update ERP records for real-time production status and material usage, and track inventory levels to coordinate timely replenishment. This 2nd Shift Packer role in Jackson, OH is full-time with a benefits package, and requires physical stamina for lifting and working in a noisy, fast-paced environment, plus background check and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- Must be able to work with latex gloves, airborne seasoning, cardboard dust, cleaning solutions, and hot water
- Must be able to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Preplacement screening testing the ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
