2nd Shift Operations Supervisor-Weld

Lead production staff by assigning daily work goals, implementing policies, and holding team members accountable for company and individual objectives. Promote organizational culture by modeling desired behaviors, ensuring safe job function performance, and verifying staff have necessary materials and training. Review and process daily clocking and vacation requests while providing direct floor support to remove hurdles and answer questions. Communicate frequently with other shift supervisors to ensure operational clarity and document disciplinary contacts per progressive policy. Work Monday through Thursday from 3:00pm to 1:00am with overtime as needed.
