Job Summary
Enforce parking rules and regulations, operate and troubleshoot entry/exit gates and ticket machines, issue citations for violations, maintain cleanliness and safety of the parking area, and assist during peak times or emergencies to manage vehicle flow. Roles require customer service, cash/transaction handling, and physical tasks suitable for indoor/outdoor settings; a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are needed with mileage reimbursement. The position supports shift work (2nd shift, evenings/weekends/holidays) in Asheville, NC, and includes pre-employment background checks and drug testing.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service, parking, or facility operations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash, credit, and electronic transactions accurately
- Drivers License with clean driving record
- Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach and perform light physical tasks for extended periods
