Job Summary
Onsite Supervisor for a major SURGE client leading the temporary staffing effort on a 2nd shift (2pm–11:30pm). Responsibilities include matching temporaries to customer needs, delivering high-quality service to customers and temporary staff, developing and retaining business through outstanding customer service, performing administrative tasks, and supervising On-site Staffing Specialists as needed. Requires leadership experience, strong customer service orientation, and proficiency with MS Office; experience with background checks, I-9, and E-Verify is preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Proven leadership/success in a previous managerial role
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Administrative skills
- Experience in background checks, I-9, and E-Verify
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
