Job Summary
Set up, operate, and adjust mill and calendar machinery to package, mill, slit, calendar, shop, click, and run injection presses for manufacturing tire repair patches. Monitor equipment performance, inspect raw materials and finished products for quality, and measure production data including material usage and output. Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform minor maintenance, and conduct changeovers while maintaining a clean, safe environment following standard operating procedures. Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet targets and reduce material waste through precise process adjustments. This physically demanding role requires lifting up to 100 pounds and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, and dust.
