Job Summary
Serve customers with enthusiasm and expertise, taking orders with accuracy and providing knowledgeable recommendations. Package and label product with care, operate department equipment such as slicers, wrappers, and saws, and prepare products following standardized recipes and portion controls. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the department while ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met at every step. Perform other duties as assigned. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 60 pounds, and availability for holidays and weekends.
