Job Summary
2nd Shift Mayo Line Operator responsible for safely operating production equipment in the Knoxville, TN facility, adhering to GMPs and food-safety guidelines; utilize Redzone to track downtime and quality compliance; complete changeovers, read and follow daily specifications, maintain production paperwork and ensure product quality and safety; perform minor equipment adjustments, maintain a clean workstation, and participate in safety initiatives; requires high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of machine operating/production experience, with strong communication, time management, teamwork, and leadership skills to support a 2nd shift production line.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of machine operating/production experience preferred
- Technical skills include the ability to start and stop equipment, complete a changeover, and operate one piece of equipment
- Interpersonal skills include good verbal and written communication, good time management skills and the ability to follow rules and directions
- Leadership skills include a positive attitude, being a team player and self-leadership
