Job Summary
2nd Shift Mayo Line Operator responsible for safely operating production equipment in a Knoxville, TN manufacturing facility to meet daily production and quality targets. Responsibilities include using GMPs and food-safety guidelines, utilizing the Redzone digital production system for downtime tracking and quality documentation, completing equipment changeovers, maintaining product specifications and quality, following daily instructions, completing quality and regulatory paperwork, reporting deficiencies or safety concerns, performing minor equipment adjustments, maintaining a sanitary workstation, and participating in safety initiatives. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of machine operating/production experience, with strong communication, time management, teamwork, and self-leadership skills. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of machine operating/production experience preferred
- Technical skills include the ability to start and stop equipment, complete a changeover, and operate one piece of equipment
