Job Summary
Install and maintain production machines and plant facility equipment, performing emergency repairs during production and scheduled maintenance during service. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, and test adjustments while executing plumbing, carpentry, and mechanic skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting. Read equipment manuals and work orders to complete required maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining clean work areas. Requires 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience with strong PLC and industrial skills; OSHA 10 or 30 preferred. Weekend shift in Denton, TX.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
- strong PLC, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical/electronic, and industrial skills
- Able to use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling/ mobile equipment in performing duties
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Ability to take initiative, identifying potential problems and solutions
- Must be a self-starter
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Must have a high level of motivation and attention to detail
- Ability to apply good judgment, strong work ethic, and integrity on the job
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be detail-oriented
