Job Summary
Ensure all receipts are accurate and timely by properly filling out, auditing, and storing receiving documents for compliance. Manage receiving transactions and paperwork flowing through the dock, tracking non-conforming items and resolving problems with material planning and warehouse teams. Document and escalate any issues arising in the receiving process while maintaining standard work procedures. Requires a valid SC driver's license, PIV license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office including intermediate Excel skills. Hourly base pay of $21.00 with no commission or incentive eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Problem Solving: Uses data analysis and excellent processes to help predict problem areas, identify areas of opportunity, and update standard work
- Analytical: Superior analytical skills
- Computer: High level proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Access, Excel, and Outlook (should have excel skills such as VLOOKUP's and other intermediate excel knowledge)
- Communication: Strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills
- Must have a valid SC driver's license and acquire a PIV license for sit down/stand up lift, Yard Dog spotter truck, and golf cart
- Must be able to pass additional drug screening
