Job Summary
Assemble Sun Hydraulics high-performance cartridge valves using documented procedures to meet engineering specifications and work area quotas. Perform repetitive assembly tasks on order quantities ranging from 50 to 200+ while handling very small parts, ensuring strict adherence to process procedures for quality control. Develop knowledge of Sun product lines by reading blueprints and schematics, and maintain assembly area housekeeping including sweeping and vacuuming before the next shift. Communicate progress of incomplete work orders and issues to the next shift. This role requires prolonged standing (6-8 hours) and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
