Job Summary
Maintenance III role performing advanced troubleshooting and repair of CNC machinery and robot automation, including Fanuc and Kuka, across complex manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control-system failures, performing preventive and predictive maintenance, collecting and analyzing data with PdM technologies, and developing corrective plans. The role provides technical leadership and coordination to apprentices and other crafts, assists with maintenance planning (writing job plans and SMPs), and coordinates repair work with Production and Engineering. Fabrication and tooling duties include constructing and repairing machine shop tools and fixtures, plus layout, bending, drilling, welding, and metal fabrication. Mobile equipment servicing (forklifts, cranes) and strict safety documentation (LOTO, CMMS logging) are also required. Shift: 2nd shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 4:30pm–3:00am) at Tulsa Manufacturing with a pay rate of $36.25/hour. Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, at least three years of industrial equipment repair experience, and advanced knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, reading blueprints, CMMS platforms (SAP/Maximo), PdM tools, and robot/CNC equipment. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of documented, repair and maintenance of industrial equipment
- Advanced working knowledge of AB PLC logic, Relay logic, and Servo-driven equipment
- Proficiency in troubleshooting 480 and low (24) voltage electrical systems, including VFDs, power supplies, relays, and contacts
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, systems, and controls
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and part drawings/blueprints
- Proficient use of precision measuring instruments and machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders)
- Advanced knowledge of CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Maximo) for work order management, PM, and data analysis
- Working knowledge of Predictive Maintenance (PdM) tools and data analysis (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography)
- Experience with robot automation handling and CNC equipment
