Job Summary
Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment, performing both scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs. Execute electrical duties including PLCs, reading schematics, and troubleshooting high-voltage circuits, while handling mechanical tasks involving hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication projects. Diagnose faults, replace parts, and perform preventive maintenance across all facility systems, including plumbing and carpentry. Utilize scissor lifts and power tools to complete aerial and complex tasks, ensuring safe production operations. This full-time 2nd shift role in Maumee, Ohio, requires 5+ years of progressive industrial experience in electronics and mechanics, with eligibility to work in the U.S. and the ability to work overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to satisfactorily complete pre-employment screening (background check and drug screen)
- Identified candidates must be able to work overtime (daily, weekends and holidays)
- Experience in industrial maintenance
- 5+ years of progressive industrial experience in the following: electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical and industrial skills
- Must be able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Report to work on time to support production startup
- Possess good physical stamina and coordination
- Must be able to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch or climb for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift/push/pull objects that are up to 50 pounds
- Work as a team
- Good communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Physical dexterity
- Must have valid drivers' license
