*2nd Shift* Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment including roll stock, multi-vac, grinders, slicers, and conveyor scales. Perform preventive maintenance, lubricate refrigeration motors, change filters, and oil vacuum pumps while complying with food safety and quality programs. Document routine inspections and promptly identify electrical or machinery problems. Service facility grounds such as painting and snow removal. Work safely with production equipment, sharp objects, and adhere to lock out/tag out requirements. Requires 4+ years of manufacturing experience, strong HVAC and mechanical skills, ability to read electrical schematics, and physical capability to lift 50 lbs. Full-time hourly role on the second shift.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience
- 4+ years of manufacturing experience
- strong HVAC, mechanical and industrial skills
- Physical ability to bend, crouch and lift objects throughout the day
- Be physically capable of lifting, pushing, pulling 50 lbs. on a frequent basis
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and follow appropriate chain of command
- Good communications skills
- Must have the ability to read, interpret, and understand electrical schematics and diagrams to support troubleshooting and maintenance activities
