Job Summary
Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs conventional and CNC machine tools, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and PLC control systems. Requires extensive CNC troubleshooting and repair capabilities, ability to interpret various schematics, and perform modifications including ball-screw replacement and turret alignments. Must maintain regular attendance with a full-time 40-hour commitment, occasionally including overtime. Physical demands include lifting up to 40 pounds and the ability to perform various physical tasks. Pay rate ranges from $28.18 to $35.68 per hour based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- Associate degree in Industrial Systems Technologies
- 2 years verifiable experience in CNC machine tool troubleshooting and maintenance
