Job Summary
Install, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment while performing preventive maintenance and emergency repairs during the 2nd shift. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues by reading schematics, fault codes, and manuals, then replace parts and adjust systems. Execute plumbing, carpentry, and material handling tasks using hand and power tools to support continuous improvement and safety protocols. Keep supervisors informed of critical incidents and perform all duties as assigned. Located in Fayetteville, AR, this role requires 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience with hydraulic and pneumatic skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience emphasizing hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical skills
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of Craft Apprenticeship
- PLC, Robotics, or other automation experience
- Continuing education in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance programs
