2nd Shift Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Maintains, tests and repairs electrical/electronic, PLC troubleshooting, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components. 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm with 1 to 2 hrs overtime based on customer needs. Ensures reliability of machinery and equipment by completing preventive maintenance on machinery and systems. Troubleshoot, modify, and diagnose issues with PLC systems (e.g., Reads and interprets equipment manuals, diagrams, sketches, engineering specifications, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service). Dismantles, repairs, rebuilds, and replaces equipment and parts as needed. Adheres to all plant safety policies. Participates in plant-wide safety, housekeeping, Operational Excellence, and Lean Manufacturing programs. Provides assistance and guidance to junior maintenance colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent or technical training
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment
- PLC and HMI configuration knowledge preferred
