Job Summary
2nd Shift Maintenance Technician responsible for observing mechanical devices to identify issues, dismantling and repairing defective parts, and testing equipment. duties include adjusting, lubricating, cleaning, and testing equipment; operating welders and grinders for part repairs; repairing electrical components and ordering necessary parts. Must read prints/documents and perform basic calculations; lifting and working in industrial conditions required. Entry-level experience (6 months preferred) with a high school diploma or equivalent. Shifts include 4/10-hour schedule; on-the-job training provided. Anticipated hourly pay range: $17.60-$27.85 based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; no specific certifications required.
- 6 months in entry-level maintenance preferred (entry-level)
- Ability to read prints/documents and write reports.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Physical stamina for lifting, climbing, and working in industrial conditions.
