Job Summary
Maintenance Technician for 2nd Shift in Orlando, FL responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinery and facility equipment (e.g., tape machines, sealers, scales, printers, conveyors), plus fans, pallet jacks, and other plant equipment. Performs preventive and unscheduled maintenance, reads work orders and manuals, diagnoses mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic issues, replaces parts, uses hand/power tools and meters, and maintains a safe, clean work environment. Spanish speakers are welcome to apply. Eligible benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance with weekly pay. Hours: Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM.
Required Qualifications
- Basic technical and mechanical aptitude
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ethical conduct and strong communication skills
- Reliability and initiative
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Comfortable working at heights (8-step ladder or up to 30 ft scissor lift)
