Job Summary
Experienced CNC Machinist needed for weekend-night 2nd shift at MP&M in Manitowoc, WI. Set up and operate complex machining equipment, program and create 3-5 axis tool paths using Mastercam, select tooling and machining methods to meet tight tolerances, collaborate with Engineering to achieve design objectives, maintain equipment and shop area, and contribute to aerospace, industrial, and precision manufacturing projects. Initial training will be provided on Friday-Sunday, with transition to night shift after onboarding. Attractive schedule includes three 12-hour shifts (Fri-Sun, 5:00 PM–5:00 AM) with four days off each week and paid for 40 hours. Opportunity to work alongside experienced teammates, with a focus on craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and teamwork. Benefits include monthly childcare reimbursement up to $400/month. Must have 4+ years of machining experience or completion of a Machining Apprenticeship; Mastercam experience is preferred; ability to read blueprints and process documentation; strong problem-solving and attention to detail. Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of machining experience or completion of a Machining Apprenticeship
- Strong setup experience with CNC machining
