2nd Shift Machine Operator St. Clair

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot extrusion, die-cut, laminate, foam line, pelletize, or manual press processes while performing quality verifications using visual inspections and PLEX control plans. Catch, label, package, sort, and rework parts while maintaining hourly rates set by management. Adhere strictly to company procedures, quality policies, and safety regulations to ensure conformance with Soundwich and customer requirements. Submit questions or suggestions for continual improvements in quality, safety, and business areas. Requires ability to lift 30 pounds, stand for lengthy periods, and maintain excellent attendance with basic computer skills.
