Job Summary
Operate molding machines to produce plastic parts while removing, trimming, and assembling components according to posted work instructions. Perform visual and dimensional inspections of parts, verify box labels and quantities, and complete production documentation and reporting. Notify supervisors of product defects or equipment issues and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment. Work the 2:45pm to 11:15pm shift at a rate of $17.25 to $18.00 per hour plus shift differential. Join a team focused on high quality and low waste to support MME Group production goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- Valid identification
- The ability to legally work in the United States
- Ability to read and comprehend production instructions, policy manuals, safety instructions, etc.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical computations (examples: add, subtract, and divide in all unit of measure, using whole numbers and decimals)
- Ability to occasionally lift 30lbs unaided
- Ability to stand, bend, and stoop
- Ability to work and communicate in a team environment
- Walking and stair climbing may be required in the office/shop areas
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing or plastic injection molding
- Previous experience working in a clean room
