2nd shift Machine Operator

Operate rotational molding machines to meet plant metrics for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale. Monitor demolded plastic parts for quality standards, detect defective materials, and report questionable conditions to the supervisor. Maintain work areas and equipment in clean, orderly conditions while performing prescribed preventative maintenance and bench operations including material filling, deburring, and inspection. Safely work at a continuous pace to meet parts-per-hour expectations, accepting frequent supervision during machine setup. Perform simple math and measurements to create accurate production records while communicating critical information to co-workers and leadership.
