2nd Shift Machine Operator

2nd Shift Machine Operator responsible for coating and related production operations in the manufacture of surface protection products, ensuring products meet customer specifications while adhering to health, safety, and quality standards. Key duties include producing finished products per work orders and specifications, operating 475 machine per JSA and processes, monitoring product quality and cleanliness, identifying/reporting substandard materials or process issues, accurately documenting production and quality activities, preparing/mixing adhesives, release coatings, and inks, setting plates and mounting onto shafts, handling materials, and maintaining housekeeping and safety in the work area. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year manufacturing experience (coating/slitting/laminating or similar), strong mechanical aptitude, ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, forklift experience or willingness to be trained, ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physically demanding tasks in a non-climate-controlled environment.
