Job Summary
The Machine Operator Level 2 operates cartoner machines and may assist with wrappers, mixers, and lamination equipment to ensure consistent production of baked goods. Responsibilities include adapting to various assembly line tasks, effectively communicating in English, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The role requires standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods, along with lifting and working in varying environmental conditions. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, relevant experience and be adaptable to changes in working conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 Years related experience and/or training preferred
- Ability to adapt promptly to changes
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Bakery experience preferred
- Combination of education and relevant experience
