Job Summary
2nd Shift Machine Operator I - Device operates and sets up thermoforming machines, mounts dies and molds, loads raw materials, and runs production per job specifications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, quality checks, routine maintenance, completing job tickets, coordinating with Packers/Inspectors, and maintaining a safe, clean work area. Onsite position in Huntley, IL with a 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM schedule. Requires basic math, reading/writing skills, and good communication; experience in manufacturing and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Employee engagement includes teamwork and adherence to quality specifications across packaging operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of machine operator experience
- Ability to read, write, and perform math skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- 1-year previous production line experience preferred
