Job Summary
Operate and monitor assigned packaging/production equipment on 2nd shift (start 2:00 PM) to ensure products are packaged to quality and safety standards. Follow HACCP, SQF, SOP, and SSOP programs; comply with Food Safety procedures; wear required PPE; set up, sanitize, wash down, and break down machinery; monitor machines for efficiency; verify lids/containers/labels and product weights; check dates and names on product/boxes; use metal detectors; box and palletize products; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain forklift and/or pallet jack license
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds
