Job Summary
Answer incoming calls and assist clients with transportation inquiries and bookings. Schedule and coordinate vehicles and drivers based on client needs and availability. Manage high-volume email correspondence in a timely and professional manner. Oversee daily logistics, ensuring accuracy in all reservations and schedules. Collaborate with drivers and team members to ensure smooth operations while adapting quickly in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a polished, professional demeanor. This role is central to our daily operations, ensuring that all transportation bookings, scheduling, and client communications are handled efficiently and professionally.
