Job Summary
As a Line Technician at Kraft Heinz, you will perform specialized production duties in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, ensuring adherence to strict quality and safety standards. You will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment, conduct quality checks, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. The job requires a minimum of two years of industrial maintenance experience, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Candidates must also be able to train others on maintenance systems and possess skills in problem-solving and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- History of safe work practices.
- Minimum of two years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Ability to safely lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Demonstrate successful application of problem-solving techniques, effective communication and planning.
Desired Qualifications
- Vocational certificate strongly preferred.
- Electrical experience with high voltage 240 volts.
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must be available to work all shifts including second, third & weekends and holidays.
