Job Summary
Lead the 2nd shift production, guiding the daily production plan, enforcing safety standards and quality criteria, training and directing pallet-repair operators, inspecting pallets and coordinating with Shipping/Receiving, while supporting the Shift Supervisor. Responsibilities include adhering to PPE and safety procedures, maintaining a clean work area, and performing additional duties as assigned; weekend overtime may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old
- Basic tool knowledge is a plus
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and flipping of 75-to-85-pound pallets.
