Job Summary
Oversee nightly plant operations, including production, safety, and quality control at a busy tire recycling facility. Supervise and support a team of general laborers and machine operators while monitoring workflow to meet production goals. Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with company and OSHA standards. Communicate shift reports and maintenance needs to management. The role requires previous supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work overnight shifts from 4 PM to 4 AM with occasional weekends. This hands-on leadership position offers a competitive pay rate starting at $20/hr and includes healthcare, vision, and dental benefits.
