Job Summary
2nd Shift Lead overseeing injection-molding production and QA checks, serving as the point person for inspecting production, communicating duties to staff, managing floor inventory and cycle/lot tracking, and covering machines as needed. Responsible for training new staff, enforcing machine assignments, and driving continuous improvement and problem solving in a fast-paced, 24-hour facility.
