2nd Shift Inventory Control Associate

Job Summary

Assign pick locations for maximum optimization and perform DC allocation processes efficiently. Reconcile receiving documents to accounting reports and verify inventory locations to resolve issues across bust-outs, stock decks, pick slots, cycle counts, and transfers. Conduct data entries, update reports, and release breakdowns accurately while auditing operations departments as assigned. Process merchandise returns, re-ticket merchandise, and initiate vendor chargebacks. Complete daily P.I.T. checklists to ensure equipment functionality and report defects. Maintain confidentiality and follow safety procedures while operating P.I.T. equipment safely. Work Monday through Thursday from 5pm to 3:30am at $16.75 plus shift differential.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be able to demonstrate basic Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows
  • Four to six months clerical or similar work experience in a Retail Distribution or Warehouse environment is preferred
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers and management team
  • Must be able to frequently lift up to 10 pounds
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
  • Must be able to rarely lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to operate P.I.T. equipment that raises the Team Member on a platform to heights of up to 50 feet
  • Team Member will be required to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) per Distribution Center requirements
  • Team Member will perform shift work
  • Must be willing to work overtime, weekends and/or holidays

Desired Qualifications

  • High school preferred
  • Working knowledge of WMS preferred
