Job Summary
Inspect molded or assembled parts for defects and deviations, then pack them into designated configurations based on customer or quality specifications. Perform secondary operations including part rework, assembly, and repack tasks while discarding non-conforming materials. Mark completed containers with designated information, record production data, and transfer parts in and out of curing ovens as instructed. Maintain a clean work area by properly discarding rejected parts and ensure compliance with all environmental and safety policies. Shift runs Monday through Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., with overtime and weekends required based on demand.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Flexibility is a must.
- Overtime, weekends required based on customer demand.
- Position requires the ability to stand, bend, and stretch over extended periods of time during a normal 8-hour work shift.
