2nd Shift Heavy Machine Operator

Operate transfer presses using book molds and wasteless/flashless tooling, including compression and transfer molds. Perform authorized machine adjustments, startup/shutdown procedures, and minor servicing such as demolding parts and maintaining hot/cold pots. Load and unload molds manually, inspect molded parts, and perform secondary operations or assembly as needed. Record production and quality data, execute TPM and 5S checklists, and participate in problem-solving activities. Train others and follow safety rules while handling up to 50 pounds. Work the 2nd shift from 3:00pm to 11:00pm Monday through Friday.
