Job Summary
Harvest Maintenance Mechanic responsible for processing and completing work orders, reading blueprints and compliance schematics, observing and testing newly installed systems, replacing worn seals and motors, recording damaged or worn parts, identifying causes of unexpected machine breakdowns, and coordinating with managers to schedule regular maintenance of machines; requires high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, strong problem-solving, good communication, and detail-oriented, capable of working independently or with others in a fast-paced environment.
