Job Summary
Lead the 2nd shift ham line team to attain production and quality goals while maintaining the facility's food safety program. Monitor product quality and operations to meet customer expectations, identifying and resolving process bottlenecks. Ensure production resources, including materials and equipment, remain available to maintain schedules. Champion safety processes and ergonomic efforts to eliminate hazards, while fostering an engaged workforce through recognition, growth opportunities, and inclusive team culture.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year manufacturing operations work experience
- 3 points or below on attendance (internal applicants only)
- Bilingual (plus but not required)
- Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Willing and able to travel as business needs dictate
- Eligible for drug, alcohol, and background checks
- Eligible for verification of employment eligibility by the end of the third day of work
