Job Summary
Move and secure lumber products and other materials according to instructions. Stack finished products into predetermined bundle sizes and labels material based on type, size, and count. Apply individual tags before or after treating and production, then band, bundle, and secure material with corner protectors and loading sticks. Follow stacking policies, ensure correct quantities are strapped and labeled before leaving the work area, and maintain accurate inventory of tags while reporting discrepancies. Record production on sheets, keep the area clean, and assist with moving material and loading/unloading carts. Participate in safety, CI, and program meetings. Perform other duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
- No minimum experience is required, but manufacturing or lumber experience is preferred
- Working knowledge of basic math preferred
