Job Summary
Sweep, dust, mop, vacuum, extract carpets, strip and wax floors, remove trash, recycle, clean and sanitize restrooms and locker rooms, polish entryway areas, wash windows, clear snow and ice, and clean desks, walls, furniture, doors, glass, countertops, chalkboards, whiteboards, blinds, and light fixtures. Perform any additional duties as directed by the custodial supervisor. This physically demanding role requires lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, extensive walking and standing, and working in varying temperatures. The position is a 2nd shift, full or part-time, reporting to an Account Manager. Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation
- Background check required
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, push and pull
- The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 25 pound on a frequent basis, up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
- Extensive walking and standing for the duration of the shift
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks with production and service time frames as established by the company
- Ability to work with various temperatures extreme from hot to cold
