2nd Shift Fulfillment Supervisor

Job Summary
Supervise daily outbound operations including picking, packing, and replenishment to ensure orders are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with company standards. Lead and develop hourly team members through coaching, training, and corrective actions while monitoring performance, productivity, and attendance. Review and approve employee timecards, coordinate shift activities, and utilize WMS to monitor workflow and maintain inventory accuracy. Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth receiving, inventory, and transportation operations. Prepare daily reports and KPI results for leadership. This role supports Camco Manufacturing's fulfillment infrastructure in Greensboro, NC, focusing on the RV, marine, and camping sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred or 3–5+ years of leadership experience in shipping, transportation, or distribution operations
- Strong knowledge of fulfillment operations (pick/pack/ship workflows)
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proven experience handling employee performance management and corrective actions
- Experience with timekeeping/payroll systems and approvals
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Desired Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of leadership experience in shipping, transportation, or distribution operations
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar WMS preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred
