Job Summary
Lead production duties including picking, packing, replenishing, and shipping meals while managing the fulfillment team's daily operations. Drive productivity improvements through LEAN initiatives, conduct daily audits for standard work adherence, and coordinate with inventory to eliminate line slowdowns. Partner with food safety and safety teams to ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and general manufacturing practices. Assist area managers with departmental scheduling decisions and performance-based merit increase recommendations. Work Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 11:00pm at $21.00/hour including shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years fulfillment or production experience
- Must be willing and able to work overtime as required
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt and implement change in a timely and effective manner
- Organized and detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
