Job Summary
Freight Handler duties include safely removing pallets from trailers, breaking down products for correct pallet configuration, separating inbound freight by item code onto good pallets, and ensuring pallets’ structural integrity while handling materials in a distribution center environment. Able to work in extreme cold or hot conditions (-25F to 100F) and to pass drug tests and background checks. Training provided; benefits start day one; 2nd shift schedule (6:30PM–finish) with overtime as needed; this role emphasizes safety, accuracy in palletization, and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
- Successfully pass a drug test and background check
- No experience required
