Job Summary
Scan put-aways to reserve locations, pull from reserve, and handle high-volume singles and module tasks. Move pallets from outbound drop zones to backstock areas and place pallets in designated locations. Operate certified Raymond forklifts including Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Swing Reaches, and Dock Stockers while using handheld devices to scan and access the Pick Ticket Management System. Secure pallets with shrink wrap and maintain safety standards while meeting labor management rates. Work the 2nd shift Monday through Friday from 3:30pm to 12:00am in Braselton, GA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 1 year of forklift driving experience with an Order Picker (OP), Reach Truck (RT) and/or Swing Reach (SW) and Dock Stocker (DS)
- Be certified to operate the Raymond Brand Forklifts: Order Picker (OP), Reach Truck (RT), and Swing Reach (SW) and Dock Stocker (DS)
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting the Radio Frequency Scanner (RF Scanner)
- Able to read and match numbers to ensure accuracy when completing orders
- Possess good communication skills
- Must be able to meet/exceed Labor Management (LM) Rates on a weekly basis
- Flexible to work alternative schedules during peak season and other high-volume times
- Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed
- Focus on maintaining a safe working environment as all times
- Able to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladders
- Able to lift to 75 lbs
- Comfortable walking/standing 90% of the day
- Comfortable elevating on an Order Picker (OP) and Swing Reach (SW) up to 35 ft
Desired Qualifications
- Having working knowledge of Warehouse Management Operating System (WMOS)
