2nd Shift - Food Production Team Lead

Lead the production line on the 2nd shift to drive overall performance in the department under the Production Supervisor. Responsibilities include providing direction to team members for safe job performance, proper line setup, paperwork verification, ensuring work-area cleanliness, maintaining quality of production, following GMP standards, supporting line samples and team member training, conducting check-ins for engagement, communicating with Maintenance on line breakdowns, assisting with process improvements, training Back-Up Supervisors and Operators as needed, managing accurate inventory control of packaging materials and finished goods pallets, maintaining a clean work environment, and performing all other duties as assigned. Requires High School Diploma or Equivalent, at least six months of related experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, familiarity with Windows-based computer systems and Microsoft Office, ability to read and write standard documentation, and basic arithmetic and data-presentation skills.
