Job Summary
Manage driver utilization and success by ensuring ETA, PTA, and RDO accuracy; review pre-plans to verify HOS availability and appointed times; dispatch drivers and process inbound messages via the In-Cab system to send load plans, customer info, and route suggestions. Notify Load Planners of plan conflicts or drivers needing pre-plans within two hours of their PTA. Coach drivers to improve performance and participate in departmental training to maintain a positive team environment. Requires 1+ years in transportation operations and ability to lift 20 lbs.
