Job Summary
Support residents in a safe, structured, and trauma-informed environment by helping them follow individualized treatment plans and engage in recovery and relapse prevention. Assist with daily living tasks including meal prep, housekeeping, and transportation, while facilitating groups, meetings, and structured program activities. Provide trauma-informed, gender-responsive support including crisis intervention and de-escalation, and document resident progress. Administer medications per MAP certification and maintain safe, organized program spaces. Work 40-hour shifts on rotating schedules from 2pm to 11pm.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Safe and reliable vehicle
- Acceptable driving record
- At least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass and maintain certifications in MAP
- Must be able to pass and maintain certifications in CPR
- Must be able to pass and maintain certifications in First Aid
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
- Experience working with individuals impacted by homelessness, trauma, psychiatric diagnoses, and/or addiction preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time, and prioritize tasks
- Strong oral, written, organizational, and computer skills
- Ability to build supportive community in a diverse residential setting
