Job Summary
The Site Manager for the 2nd Shift Direct Care role is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards of service delivery for individuals with acquired brain injuries. Key responsibilities include communicating respectfully with participants, assisting with personal care and daily routines, facilitating access to community resources, and maintaining required documentation. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle, demonstrate professionalism, and collaborate effectively with the team. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with six months of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Sufficient insurance
- Reliable vehicle
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Managing time and priorities effectively
- Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of participants
- Ability to provide personal care including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Willingness and ability to obtain certifications in medication administration (MAP), CPR, and first aid
- Minimum age of 18
- Six months of relevant experience preferred, especially with individuals with brain injuries or mental health challenges.
